We set up Regent Fire Safety because we saw what the Warwickshire property market really needed: a locally based, qualified assessor with clear communication and a fast turnaround.
What we aren’t, is a national high volume firm dispatching someone from a different county with a three to four week-week wait. Or an EPC company tagging a fire risk assessment onto a surveyor's visit as an afterthought, but a proper, dedicated, local service build around you.
HOW WE WORK.
No generic template reports are sent by us as every assessment is specific to the premises we have inspected, written in plain English fully documented, and structured so you know exactly what needs to happen and in what order to ensure your property is where it needs to be.
We do not disappear after sending the report. If you have questions about the findings or the recommended actions, we are available to talk them through.
